What is Ideal Protein?
Ideal Protein is a comprehensive weight loss method. The 4 Phrase approach gives you a plan to stick to and maintenance education after you’ve lost your goal weight. You can read more about what it is and how it works on their website.
What do you eat?
I’m currently in Phase 1 of the protocol. Every day I consume 3 Ideal Protein Products (breakfast, lunch, and snack usually in that order) and have 1 meal on my own. Phase 1 is restricted to protein and certain vegetables.
Do the products taste good?
Yes! There is a variety of products so if you don’t like one thing, you don’t have to eat/drink it. My particular favorites are strawberry wafers and chocolate drinks.
How long have you been on Ideal Protein?
I started early June of 2015.
How long do you plan to be in Phase 1?
I plan to stay in Phase 1 until I’ve reached a healthy weight where I’m comfortable. It’s not about a size or shape, but a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain.
